Wogatech hiring for Business Development Managers / IT Sales Manager in selling IT SERVICES i.e. mobile and web application development projects, solutions in overseas market [India, Middle East, USA, UK etc.]

5 days working | Flexible timing | Fixed morning shift | Lunch

Responsibilities and Duties

- Must have 1-5 years of experience in Web Development & Mobile Apps projects acquisition & closing.

- Must have sound technical knowledge of advanced Web/Mobile/digital marketing technologies trending today.

- Strong negotiation skills.

- Must be analytical enough to understand project requirements and prepare detailed proposal, pre-sales discussions, negotiations, closing the sales and handing over the client to the delivery team.

- Able to communicate with clients and prepare convincing write ups/messages.

Self motivated to meet sales target regularly.

- Proven new business development 'hunting' experience with demonstrated consistency

- Should have the exp in handling the lead generation team,motivate them,support them for qualified leads.

- Excellent verbal and written English skills for effective communication with overseas clients- Hands-on experience and expertise in CLOSING the overseas leads / sales for Web, Mobile application development projects is MUST.

Experience - 1 to 5 Years

Skills -

- Must have worked on Upwork, Guru, Elance, etc

- Lead conversion skills

- Excellent Communication Skills
