Wobot.ai - Manager - Demand Generation (4-6 yrs)
This is a mid-senior level role and will require overseeing activities of our demand generation specialist, as well as taking the function to the next level by bringing in new conceptual as well as functional capabilities
- Minimum 4-5 years of Marketing experience (must have been a specialist in demand generation related activities at some point)
- MUST have executed display, paid search and email campaigns first hand in the past
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders to define the demand generation strategy for global markets
- Create and Implement hyper personalisation strategies for campaigns for enterprise level accounts
- Implement and use marketing automation to scale demand generation initiatives
- Define budget for various activities and optimise spend and targeting regularly
- Optimise user journeys to increase user engagement and conversion across the website
- Oversee email campaigns and paid campaigns on Account Based Advertising platform
- Create outreach workflows for different audience segments
- Oversee reporting of demand generation metrics
