Wobot.ai - Account Manager - International Market (5-8 yrs)
- Manage entire sales cycle from product introductions to deal closures
- Build, maintain client relations, and explore opportunity to upsell
- Work with internal teams such as Marketing or Sales Development teams to engage audiences and clients more deeply
- Demonstrate and present Wobot's solution to potential prospects and work towards creating a professional industry leader position for you and Wobot
- Negotiate contracts and packages
- Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets
- Possess deep knowledge of Wobot's product offering and value proposition
- Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities
- Be a brand ambassador and always reflect company values
- Remain updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors in the respective assigned geographies.
- Monitor sales pipeline & track key metrics through CRM by keeping it up to date and reviewing the pipeline movement with head of sales & international market on a weekly basis.
- At least 5 years of proven work experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Preferred hands-on experience in account management for SaaS platform.
- Experience in handling clients in UK/Europe/Middle East/SEA region.
- An ability to gasp client's needs and to increase customer engagement
- Sound knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Business acumen with problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical and time-management skills
- MBA or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
