Wobot.ai - Account Associate - SaaS/Hubspot (2-4 yrs)
Key responsibilities:
- To manage entire sales cycle from product introductions to deal closures
- To Build, maintain client relations, and explore opportunity to upsell
- Should work with internal teams such as Marketing or Sales Development teams to engage audiences and clients more deeply
- Should demonstrate and present our solution to potential prospects
- Should be able to negotiate contracts and packages
- Should meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets
- Should possess deep knowledge of our product offering and value proposition
- Should proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities
- Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all times
- Remain updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Keep CRM up to date and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of proven work experience as a Sales account executive
- Hands on experience in account management & customer service.
- An ability to gasp client's needs and to increase customer engagement
- Sound knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular), prior experience of HubSpot would be preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas and target
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Motivation, drive and self-starting attitude
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical and time-management skills
- Proven Experience in International Market (US & UK)
