Job Description :
- Completely international Non-Voice process.
- Need to resolve the queries of International based customers via email and chat
- Good communication and written skills
Pick up & drop available for both the shifts.
Transport boundaries:
Central Line : CST to Kalyan
Harbour Line : CST to Kharghar
Western Line : Colaba to bhayander
