WNS - Deputy Manager - Internal Communications (6-10 yrs)

Key Accountability :

- Understand/ define/ create communication frameworks, methodologies and campaigns for WNS global presence.

- Align with WNS internal communications strategy

- Work with the global delivery center leaders and vertical leaders, to create customized communication strategies

- Plan and execute high-impact HR initiatives (liaising with all the HR Centers of Excellence)

- Create tool-kits/templates to ensure smoother and quicker communication flow within the organization

- Conduct internal surveys and support large corporate initiatives with strategy and communication

- Assume complete responsibility and accountability of each and every internal communication deliverable in your scope.

Special Role Requirement :

- Plan, coordinate and execute high-impact Team One events at your respective location

- Forge strong working relationships with site leadership, site HR, site admin / facilities, site IT and BUs, and build an in-depth understanding of their communication needs and wants

- Act as the single point of contact for all site-specific communication and enable other team members to understand, develop and execute communication needs

- Coordinate and champion site-level branding in close collaboration with Business Units, Admin/ Facilities, Procurement and Corporate Branding teams

- Ensure all communication adheres with the WNS Brand / Writing Style Guidelines

- Coordinate with external vendors / agencies / partners and ensure communication needs are delivered as per plan and on schedule

- Benchmark with industry-leading practices and implement course corrections

- Manage crisis communications (as required)

Qualification : Graduate / Post Graduate
