- We are looking for an Outbound Telecaller Executive who can join us immediately. The shortlisted candidate will be responsible for managing the lead database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure that the targeted marketing activity generates new business.

Responsibilities and Duties : 

- Make outbound calls to the leads provided

- Market available training courses to job seekers and IT professionals and provide necessary information.

- Continuous follow-up with enquires.

- Convert potential leads

- Co-ordinating with companies for the recruitment of the trainees.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

- Excellent command over English

- Proven work experience as a tele-caller, marketing/sales or a similar role

- Proactiveness, listening skills, service orientation, Integrity

- High persuasion skills

- Strong proficiency in MS Office
