Job Description :

Wishfin is an online platform run by MyWish Marketplaces Private Limited(MMPL). MMPL has pioneered financialmarketplaces in India. It runs neutralfinancial marketplaces that leverage its proprietary technology tointermediate between the banks and customers seeking banking products. MMPL operated websites include Wishfin and Deal4loans. we provide our users with an actionable plan to make the right financial decision to fulfill their wishes. Its offerings span a broad range of product genres such as Loans, Investment, Credit, and Savings.

We- re on the look out for a talented Senior Manager(for our Insta Business vertical) with specific Banking and FinTech market knowledge to join our business team.

This is a multi-disciplined client-facing role to support our commercial operation and drive new business revenue, whilst ensuring good retention levels across the business.The position will require excellent communication skills, a product innovation mindset, strong problem-solving skills, ability to engage with new business customers, and a good understanding of tech-enabled platforms and applications.

This position will work closely with the Business Head/Product Head & Senior management.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE ?

New Business Development :

- Identify growth opportunities, forge, and develop relationships to enable continued rapid growth of Wishfin(Insta Business)

- Manage and track a growth pipeline with Banks & NBFC

Client Retention :

- Work with Business Head and other internal colleagues to meet Client & customers requirement.

- Collaborate with corporate executives in deal flow sessions several times per week to ensure all corporations are engaged with the business according to their business needs.

Relationship Management, Sales and Research :

- Conduct research to identify new markets and industry sectors, conducting in-depth business analysis to identifying new competitive opportunities.

- Express a very good understanding and selling services/products within the BFSI industry.

- Generating a strong pipeline of leads through Insta Business

- Utilising existing networks and relationships to build new business

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE :

- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Finance, Business or similar field.

- Min of 5 years prior experience selling technology products into BFSI industry

- Sales skills (cold calling, sales meetings, price and terms negotiations, problem management, account management, account growth etc.)

- Experience with B2B based partnerships.

- Proven track record of effectively negotiating business agreements and developing business relationships that impact company performance.

- Comfortable with Excel, Google Docs, Salesforce CRM, Sales Navigator, and other technology solutions for driving sales.

- Strong internal and external communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

- A passion for entrepreneurship is a must and startup experience a plus.

- Ability to work in a team or stand alone plus a determination and motivation to exceed targets.

- Can-do attitude, strategic thinker, and the ability to flourish with minimal guidance.

- Self-motivated goal setter that can go above and beyond for reaching quotas in bringing corporate leads in and ultimately closing partnership and handling the whole relationship
