Roles & Responsibilities
1. Generation of Leads for International & Domestic buyers, including registering on various websites.
2. Followup on the leads through phone & email to understand their requirements, and converting them into buyers.
3. Offering customer supports on phone, email, skype & livechat whenever required.
4. Look at various strategies for marketing to them.
5. Ensure fulfillment of orders, including any statutory or legal compliance or clearance required for them.
