Senior Product Marketing Executive :

- We are looking for a dynamic Product Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing product marketing strategies for our suite of products, aimed at improving brand awareness, increasing customer acquisition, and driving revenue growth. The role will require a deep understanding of our target audience, market trends, and competition.

- In this role, you will own the product marketing of our WooCommerce and LearnDash services verticals. You will be directly responsible for ensuring a steady inflow of high-quality leads into our services funnel. You will work closely with the sales and delivery team to understand business goals for the quarter, and use that to build and execute the marketing plan.

Responsibilities :

- Conduct market research to gain insights into customer needs, preferences, and trends, and use this information to inform marketing strategies.

- Develop a deep understanding of our offerings and the customer problems that they solve for.

- Ace your product expertise : Come up with hypotheses and run experiments, conduct user interviews, analyze product data, and talk to our existing and potential users regularly to deeply understand and validate their needs and expectations.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams - including sales, product development, and design - to hypothesize, validate, develop, and launch new products and features.

- Create persuasive product messaging and positioning that resonates with our target audience and differentiates our products from competitors.

- Develop and execute product marketing plans that align with the company's business objectives.

- Develop product launch plans and go-to-market strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

- Create and manage product collateral, including sales presentations, product sheets, and case studies.

- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising, to promote our products.

- Analyze and report on the performance of product marketing campaigns, using data to make data-driven decisions and optimize campaigns.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 4+ years of experience in product marketing/management, preferably in the software or IT industry.

- Strong understanding of customer pain points, funnel building, and product marketing.

- Highly analytical with good quantitative and research skills.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail.

- Capable of taking complete product ownership, needing minimum guidance and oversight.

- Experience developing and executing successful product marketing plans and campaigns.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Experience using marketing automation and analytics tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Salesforce.
