About the Job:

As a Sales & Marketing Executive at WinZO, you will be responsible for connecting with influencers, pitching to them, and onboarding them. You should be Passionate, Self-Driven and Target-Oriented as you will be working in a fast-paced environment which will require you to take initiatives, manage multiple projects, and work under tight time frames.

What you will do :

- Connect and pitch influencers on a daily basis

- Finalise the commercials and communicate the brand vision, communication, and targets

- Onboard influencers for driving promotion and engagement on their social channel on a regular basis

- Grow the network of Influencers and maintaining the retention

- Prepare the reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

- Solve any challenge faced by influencers for promotion

What you should have :

- Strong critical thinking skills

- Intense attention to detail as well as the ability to see the big picture

- Demonstrated mastery of verbal and written communication skills

- Strong Negotiation skills

- Good Communication and Analytical skills
