Winuall is a leading education technology start-up that offers AI based SaaS platform to help coaching institutes in going digital and improving the learning experience and results for their students.

In your role as Assistant Manager - Customer Success, you will be responsible for enabling business growth for the clients via the application, a unique opportunity to make a difference to the lives of tutors!

Your success in this role lies in fulfilling the following responsibilities consistently and diligently :

- Developing strong and trustworthy relationships with clients with regular communication

- Encouraging active use of the application for all the activites that enhance business growth of clients

- Strategising and prioritising actions to achieve

- Educating clients on a regular basis to develop ease and comfort with the platform

- Reaching out proactively with strong ideas and insights to materialise their plans

- Supporting clients to plan, coordinate and achieve their goals with required actions and initatives

- Sharing quality inputs based on client interactions with the technology team to improve user experience

- Preparing and maintaining data in a timely manner to ensure all client info is updated and error free

- Superb conversational and negotiation abilities

- Strong planning and prioritisation skills

Educational Qualifications :

- Any graduate/post graduate with at least 1.5 years of experience in customer service / customer success

- Experience in SaaS based products is an added advantage
