Winuall - Assistant Manager - Customer Success (1-3 yrs)
Winuall is a leading education technology startup that offers AI based SaaS platform to help coaching institutes in going digital and improving the learning experience and results for their students.
In your role as Assistant Manager - Customer Success, you will develop a strong understanding of client's business requirements, connecting with key people like tutors and coaching professionals and convincing them to digitise their business with Winuall SaaS platform.
Your success in this role lies in fulfilling the following responsibilities consistently & diligently:
- On boarding the client post sales
- Educating clients on a regular basis to develop ease and comfort with the platform
- Resolving all the ongoing issues that clients need support for
- Working closely with Technology team to troubleshoot client issues
- Sharing quality inputs based on client interactions with the technology team to improve user experience
- Excellent listening skills to deeply understand the client's problems and challenges
- Strong desire to help/support/resolve and create an experience for the beneficiary
- Willingness to seek support, learn and achieve one's goals
- Ambition to continuously exceed expectations towards delivery and timelines
- Any graduate/post graduate with at least 1 year of experience in customer service / customer success
- Experience in SaaS based products is an added advantage
