Winuall ( is a leading education technology start-up that offers AI based SaaS platform to coaching institutes enabling them to go digital, manage their operations online and improve the learning experience and results for their students by engaging with them through the online medium.

In your role as Assistant Manager - Customer Success, you will onboard the clients brought in by business development teams, support them to develop strong ease and comfort with our solutions, provide an uber experience in engaging with our products and services by engaging with great care and humility - effectively ensuring that they develop long term collaboration with Winuall as a brand.

Your success in this role lies in fulfilling the following responsibilities consistently & diligently :

- On boarding the client post sales as per the timelines and process

- Educating clients on a regular basis to develop ease and comfort with the platform

- Resolving all the ongoing issues that clients need support for

- Working closely with Technology team to troubleshoot client issues

- Sharing quality inputs based on client interactions with the technology team to improve user experience

- Preparing and maintaining data in a timely manner to ensure all client info is updated and error free

Desired Competencies :

- Proficiency in South Indian Languages (Tamil, Malyalam, Kannada, Telugu)

- Excellent listening skills to deeply understand the client's problems and challenges

- Strong desire to help / support / resolve and create an experience for the beneficiary

- Willingness to seek support, learn and achieve one's goals

- Ambition to continuously exceed expectations towards delivery and timelines

Educational Qualification :

- Any graduate/post graduate with at least 1 year of experience in customer service / customer success

- Experience in SaaS based products is an added advantage
