- The ideal candidate is someone who has managed and spear Trade Marketing role in big FMCG company and appreciates the role of technology.
- The candidate should have complete knowledge on various merchandising activities like - designing Sales Strategy, focusing on Sales Promotions, in-store off takes management, Merchandising and Plano gram etc
- The candidate should be able to understand how technology solutions are implemented and rolled out.
- The candidate should understand the benefits of analytics in the sales force domain.
- The candidate should be a quick learner and understand the various benefits of Mobile Sales Force automation.
- The candidate should be driven by numbers, should be able to do product demonstrations, create presentations, monitor development of Proof of concepts, create proposals and implement agreements with clients.
- The candidate is a good communicator and loves interacting with people, has clear and effective writing skills.
- The candidate Should be ready to relocate to Hyderabad.
