WINIT - Digital Marketing Role (1-3 yrs)

WINIT is looking for a creative and passionate digital marketer to drive brand awareness and demand of our product globally. This role will work closely with the sales team to design, experiment and run lead-generation, nurture and account-based marketing campaigns across the marketing & sales funnel to increase conversion rates.

Job Description:

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and generate leads using both paid and organic channels

- Execute paid marketing campaigns(Google PPC, LinkedIn, Retargeting) across the funnels including strategy, ad creation, bidding, budgeting, optimization, and reporting

- Work closely with the content & product marketing team to distribute content across all channels (both paid and organic) for both demand gen and account based marketing campaigns

- Maintain the digital presence of our mSFA product across social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter & YouTube) and ensure the growth of each

- Work with the SEO team in improving the overall organic & referral traffic growth from targeted geos

- Analyze content, social media & SEO strategy of competitors to identify new opportunities

- Measure the performance of all digital marketing activities and build dynamic reports for all stakeholders.

Qualification:

- 2-4 years of relevant digital marketing experience preferably for a B2B technology product company.

- Bachelor's degree in Business - Marketing, Communications, or relevant field of study.

- Strong expertise in performance, social media marketing & SEO is extremely essential

- Hands on experience in executing & optimizing ads on Google PPC, LinkedIn, Google Display

- Data-oriented, passionate in technology and digital marketing

- Experience with digital asset creation, campaign reporting and data analysis

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team - must be a strong team player with ownership, and focused on delivering results with high standards

- Additional skills like having a good eye for design and copywriting are preferred.
