Wingify - Customer Marketing Professional (2-7 yrs)
Wingify - Customer Marketing Specialist (from SAAS based industry only)
VWO is looking to grow their customer marketing team to support our customer engagement and nurture programs. We want a marketer who:
- Shares our passion for customers and has a - customer-first- marketing perspective.
- Can ace at creating and maintaining automated email programs
- Drive adoption and engagement within our existing customer base with creative campaigns
- We are looking for marketers who- re obsessed:
- To turn customers into a community of fanatic brand advocates.
- At identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and increasing loyalty and retention.
- Flexing their creative muscles by thinking out-of-box campaign ideas.
- With being a human bridge between the customer and all things collaboration.
- Build rapport with customers to increase renewals, referrals, and cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Manage a library of up-to-date customer success stories
- Develop a customer lifecycle campaign program and work with marketing operations to implement
- Create special marketing content for account management/customer success to help at-risk customers with training
- Provide product feedback given by advocates to the Product Management team
