What we expect :  This is a 100% remote opportunity that requires working in the U.S. timezone. The BDM role is one that doesn't neatly fit within the confines of the - 9 - 6 day-, so we- re looking for a go-getter who's eager to be flexible and available, even outside traditional working hours. Our Business Development Manager will serve as an essential partner to the client. This highly organized, endlessly resourceful person will ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.

- 2+ years experience and must have knowledge of SALES (Real Estate) and end-to-end SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING (Like, Facebook ads. Google ads., etc.)

- Oversee the promotion of property sales on advertisement media and listing services

- Meet with prospects and clients, interested in properties to offer them real estate deals

- Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services

- Develop, manage and optimize comprehensive paid Facebook Ad campaigns

- Understanding funnels and digital marketing strategies for all client campaigns

- Audience research, audience building, and ad creation

- Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received

- Act as intermediaries liaising between property sellers and prospective buyers to facilitate property deals

- Conduct the inspection of a property to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing sales deals

- Conduct surveys to identify the price of competing properties on the housing market

- Ensure compliance with housing laws and policies when conducting property deals

- Maintain contact with clients to have openings to discuss future business prospects able to manage several projects and mediate between property buyers and sellers.

- Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders, and home inspectors

- Maintain and update listings of available properties

- Audit and optimize new & existing ad campaigns to ensure KPIs are met such as budget spend, timelines, CPL (cost per like), CPA (cost per action), ROI (return on investment)

- Identify new opportunities to increase client conversions regularly

- Update clients via weekly emails, calls, and reports on the current status of accounts, successes, and strategies moving forward. Respond to all communications in a timely manner
