Designation : Paid Media Specialist

We are looking for a paid digital media expert to manage all search engine advertisements. You will be responsible for executing tests- collect and analyze data- to identify trends and insights. Achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns using analysis of data. Track- report- and analyze website analytics.

Experience : 2-4 Years of work experience as a Media Specialist, Performance Marketer, Marketing Analyst or similar role

Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate degree preferably in marketing or similar fields

Location: Pune (Work from Office)

Responsibilities :

- Design, Execute, and Maintain ROI-Focused Pay Per Click & Paid Social campaigns

- Conduct Thorough Keyword Analysis

- Continually optimize PPC & Paid Social campaign components including keyword strategy, ad copy, bid prices, cost per conversion, cost per click, audience optimization, etc.

- Actively measure and execute A/B split testing for ad copy, landing pages, etc., to ensure optimal campaign performance

- Compile monthly PPC & Paid Social Reports with personal comments and analysis of campaign performance

- Set up Conversion Tracking & Retargeting Pixels

- Research to stay on top of the latest trends in PPC & Paid Social advertising

- Reporting on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic, ROAS, social media engagement, etc.

- Execute tests, collect, and analyze data, identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns and should be able to adapt and pivot easily to achieve desired results

- Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.

Requirements :

- Thorough understanding of SMM, SEM campaign strategies, and SEO practices

- Experience with social media & PPC campaigns and optimization

- Expertise in google and other search engine advertisements

- Working knowledge of ad serving

- Hands-on Google Ads & social media ads optimization experience

- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, Web Trends, SEMrush, etc.), Data Studios, other analytical tools

- Analytical abilities

Skills :

- Self Starter, Self Motivated Work Ethic

- Consistent, Analytic & go getter attitude

- Google AdWords Certified, Facebook Blueprint

- Google Analytics Certified

- Excellent written and verbal communications skills

- Strong creative writing skills

- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
