Whoopmasters India is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive with a passion for drones to join our sales team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by identifying proactive customers, understanding their requirements, providing price quotations, and closing sales deals.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :

Customer Engagement and Relationship Building :

- Identifying potential customers interested in drone products and services.

- Proactively reaching out to customers through various channels to understand their needs and preferences.

- Building strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and addressing their queries and concerns.

Sales Process Management :

- Managing the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

- Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our drone products.

- Providing accurate price quotations and negotiating terms to secure sales orders.

Market Research and Analysis :


Conducting market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive offerings.
Analyzing market data and customer feedback to formulate effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

Sales Reporting and Documentation :

- Maintaining detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales transactions.

- Generating sales reports and performance metrics to track progress towards sales targets and goals.

Continuous Learning and Development :

Keeping abreast of developments in drone technology, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements :

- Passion for drones and enthusiasm for working in the drone technology industry.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.

- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales deals effectively.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

- Willingness to travel and attend industry events or trade shows as required.
