Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Ideating and strategizing 360-degree marketing campaigns for launch and sustenance campaigns

- Create Viral and Organic reach for the content via innovative social and PR campaigns for digital & social mediums

- Finalisation of the launches and brand sustenance activities in coordination with the business heads

- Work closely with the programming and consumer research & insights teams for developing the brand calendar for the entire year

- Support the brand with high quality, timely marketing inputs and implement tactical plans / programs to maximise the value of the brands through launch, growth & other phases

- Understanding social media & performance marketing analytics and generating insights out of the same.

- Management & leveraging social media & online reputation management of the brand

- To conduct Brand track studies by spearheading relevant Market Research to monitor trends and consumer perception

- Cost effective and ROI driven media planning & buying activities

- Ensure support from the sales team

- Constant innovation in terms of media and marketing strategies to keep ahead of competition

- Identify potential brand partnerships & strategy tie ups with media and non-media partners (internal & external) for effective campaigns

- Oversee execution of communication strategies for the brand/ channel, new show launches and sustenance activities

- Experience in managing & leveraging on existing partnerships with strategic business partners

- Responsible to finalise the budget in accordance to the Marketing head and tracking the same for launches, sustenance or trade activities

- Managing interactions with internal & external stakeholders,

- Internal stakeholders - Channel research, OAP & programming, Sales, Network marketing, Distribution marketing, Finance

- External stakeholders - PR, Creative agency,

- Planning & buying agency

- Lead a team to develop, standardise and localise content growth methodologies, KPIs and best practices to help and accelerate category teams' work to drive content diversification, growth and consistency.

- Cultivate content marketing strategies targeted at driving traffic, engagement, generating leads, delivering sales, retaining customers and building brand awareness.

- Ensure brand voice consistency across all content assets.

- Develop and execute content strategies specific to the growth of in-house

- Provide consultancy and support for in-market teams on creator / partner management (frameworks, support models, content category focus etc).

- As a custodian of the Brand and Communications, you- d be accountable for all strategic and operational brand initiatives across marketing channels

- Coordinate with Design & Tech teams for delivery of all online and offline marketing collaterals based on the messaging/content for each of these campaigns

- Drive experiments to increase CTR, open rates and other associated KPIs. It would be a great advantage if the person has a broader understanding of SEO as well, but will not be accountable for the execution for it in content other than in his/her own campaign communications/content

Experience and Skills :

- Experienced in content / user strategy and operations and preferably a background from a content platform

- MBA with 8-10 years of work experience and at least 4 years of people management (relevant industries and business environments)

- Minimum 4 years of experience dealing with digital assets

- Experience in creating well thought out strategy decks and program documentation

- Experience collaborating cross-functionally, influencing and building consensus among multiple stakeholders in an entrepreneurial, high-expectation environment

- Experience creating and editing digital content for target audiences across all multimedia and social platforms

- Experience with data analyses and insights, e.g. ROI analyses on a digital platform

- Direct experience creating short form video content

- Strong presentation skills

- Proficient in content planning
