- We are looking for Customer Support Executives (Non-technical) who can lend your voice and attend our clients to resolve their queries
Requirements :
1. Excellent communication in English and Regional language.
2. Must respond to customers politely and fluently with clarity of speech.
3. Should be capable of multi-tasking.
4. Must coordinate with management and stay updated.
5. Must be able to generate leads.
6. Must handle both voice and non-voice process.
7. Must be spontaneous and quick with responses.
8. Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
