Wherehouse - Manager - Secondary Sales (4-12 yrs)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Secondary Sales Manager to join our team. The Secondary Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and driving secondary sales through our distribution channels for our FMCG products.

The ideal candidate will have a good network of contacts within the FMCG industry and preferably prior experience working in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and achieve sales targets for FMCG brands and drive a team of sales executives.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to distributors and retailers

3. Build and maintain relationships with distributors and retailers to improve secondary sales

4. Leverage existing contacts and relationships with retailers and distributors to expand the company's reach in the market

5. Have knowledge of Modern Trade, General Trade, with good command on C & D stores, institutional sales, HORECA sales, and others to optimize the company's sales potential

6. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities

7. Develop and implement promotional campaigns and trade marketing activities to increase sales and brand awareness

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in FMCG channel distribution, with a focus on secondary sales for Delhi and Gurgaon

3. Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, including trade marketing, channel distribution, and market research

4. Good contacts and relationships with retailers and distributors

5. Excellent leadership and team management skills

6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills

7. Own transport with a driving licence preferred
