Job Brief

The Digital Marketing Expert role is to design, create, and deliver marketing programs to support expansion and growth of the company services and products. This role requires an in-depth knowledge of Wheelstreet products and market goals. Proficiency in web advertising, social media is a must.

Familiarity with a wide range of field practices, concepts, and procedures. Marketing specialists rely on the judgment in planning and experience to accomplish identified goals.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

- Planning, development, and execution of International digital programs and campaigns, including online advertising, website strategy and design, social media, mobile, and deliverables.

- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

- Owning and maintaining site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting.

 - Presenting recommendations to Director of Marketing and Communications.

- Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion.

- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

 - Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing.

Job Requirements :

- 1-2 years of proven experience in delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns.

- Deep understanding of digital marketing.

- Proven experience delivering a variety of digital assets, including rich media online ads, microsites, and social media applications.

- Experience managing successful social media campaigns, and a solid understanding of social marketing.

- Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.

- Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business.

- Strong management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills.
