Wheelseye Technology - Area Sales Manager (4-13 yrs)
WheelsEye is a hyper-growth tech logistics startup. We started in 2017 with the idea to empower the Truck Fleet Owners, and enable them and their business via technology. We started off as a GPS tracking company and today we have created an entire ecosystem of services aimed at transforming truck logistics in India. We are providing fleet owners with a one-stop platform for all their needs: Fastag, Fuel,Credit, Insurance, Maintenance, Marketplace, and more.

Position: Area Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team comprising 9-12 direct and 90 + indirect Sales Executives.
- Manage operations in 25-30 districts of North UP & Uttarakhand.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and establish market dominance.
- Travel within the state (outside hometown) for 15 days monthly.
- Conduct training for new officers and regularly train the existing team.
- Oversee acquisition, payment collection, and the launch of new products.
- Drive and deliver growth across all business aspects.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of field sales experience.
- At least 3 years of experience leading a team of 30 or more.
- Must be a local resident of the state.
- Preference given to those with agent sales/channel sales experience.
- Flexibility to travel within the state for a minimum of 15 days per month.
- Basic knowledge of Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Candidates from backgrounds in insurance, banking, telecom, and FMCG.
- Educational background: MBA/PGDM, BTech.
