Job Description :

Wheelers Global Edu Consultz is currently seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Tele Callers for outbound calls. As a Tele Caller, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to prospective clients and providing them with information about our education consulting services. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 0 to 2 years of experience who are passionate about communication and customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce them to our education consulting services.

- Explain the benefits of studying abroad and how our company can assist in the process.

- Gather necessary information from clients and maintain accurate records in our database.

- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns or other sources.

- Address any questions or concerns raised by clients and provide appropriate solutions.

- Meet daily and monthly targets for call volume and lead conversion.

- Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and improve overall performance.

- Stay updated on company services, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).

- Ability to engage effectively with clients over the phone and build rapport.

- Strong persuasive skills and ability to influence others.

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Prior experience in tele calling or sales is preferred but not required.
