Job Description : 


1. Responsible for getting New Leads/Requirements and maintaining Existing Clients to enhance Business relations.

2. Leverage best practices to drive and successfully sell new business opportunities.

3. Evaluate and implement new revenue opportunities in the corporate/Enterprise segment and Education market.

4. Develop, build, and manage a client base for Wheebox Assessment Solution in the Corporate/Enterprise segment and Education market.

5. Strong focus on selling to only new/ prospective clients.

6. Achieve monthly & quarterly quotas.

Required Candidate Profile : 


1. Minimum 4+ years proven Product or consultative sales experience in high technology, recruitment industry to large multinational companies.

2. Domain Knowledge of assessment, recruitment, education and learning business.

3. A consistent track record of over achievement in sales targets.

4. Strong leadership skills and ability to influence others in the organization with no direct reporting relationship.

5. Should have experience from initial call till client closure.

6. Should have experience in lead generation

7. Entrepreneur minded individuals with a positive mindset. Enterprise Sales, Assessment tool sales, Consultative sales, New Business, Leadership Skills, Key Account Management, Education sales.
