- To meet Revenue numbers and Financial goals.

- To design short and long-term sales strategies.

- To evaluate and implement new revenue opportunities in K-12 market.

- To ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

- To develop and implement strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.

- To Coordinates liaison between sales department and other sales related units.

- Develop, build, and manage a client base for Wheebox Assessment Solution in K12 segment by promoting the need for BARO Career Suite and Olympiad Suite.

- The direct field sales professional is expected to understand the school profiles, audiences and product offerings.
