Wheebox - Key Account Manager - Government Sales (6-8 yrs)

Responsibilities include :

- Manage and network with Govt. Clients at Central & State levels.

- Design and recommend sales strategies and set short and long-term sales strategies, in alliance with the State vision.

- Evaluate and implement new revenue opportunities for the Central & State Government.

- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

- Evaluate and implement appropriate new sales techniques to increase the department's sales volume.

- May recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.

- Comfort in presenting and demonstrating Wheebox products to the Govt. clients

- Achieve monthly & quarterly sales

- Continue to remain updated on the latest technology used for product implementation.

- Proficiently use other corporate productivity tools to be in sync with others.

- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities & in Govt. networking opportunities.

Requirements :

- Over 8 years of proven experience in Government Sales.

- Domain Knowledge of Assessment, Recruitment, Education and Learning business preferred.

- Should have worked with PSU / Govt. organizations as clients for any service in the area

- of HR, Recruitment, assessment related.

- Should have experience from initial call till client closure.

- Preferred to be well connected and networked in the Govt. segment.

- Should be able to handle internal as well as external stakeholders.

- Having a problem-solving mindset and proven business development skills within assessment or recruitment industry.

- Proven experience in managing and negotiating large, complex business development initiatives

- Experience in developing profiles of targeted accounts within the industry sector.

- Experience in managing State Govt. or Govt. organizations

- Strong selling skills as well as demonstrated success in stabilizing and developing client relationships.

- Great communication and presentation skills are a must.

- Must have skill on corporate written communication in English
