Responsibilities include:

- Develop strategy and action plan for the India sales region in close cooperation with the management team

- Achieve monthly & quarterly quotas.

- Generate new Education opportunities from defined territory, maintain a pipeline of opportunities, provide regular forecasts.

- Manage relationship with clients, stakeholders, and influencers around the ecosystem of Education

- Analysis of the market and competitive situation of our products and solutions and derivation of a strategic orientation

- Expand and maintain a positive and professional reputation for the Organization in the Indian market

- Prepare and deliver business reviews to senior management.

Requirements:

- Minimum 10+ years proven Product or consultative sales experience in high technology, HR industry to large multinational companies.

- A consistent track record of over achievement in sales targets

- Domain Knowledge of Assessment, Recruitment, Education and Learning business preferred.

- Should have experience in lead generation and from initial call till client closure.

- Having a problem-solving mindset and proven business development skills within assessment or recruitment industry

- Strong selling skills as well as demonstrated success in stabilizing and developing client relationships.

- Great communication and presentation skills is a must.
