Currently we search for a Marketing Manager on part-time or full-time. You will be responsible for rapid growth.

In order to do this, you'll need to structure our marketing, test new marketing channels and build a marketing team. Probably, first months you will have to do most of the things by yourself.

Also, together with you, we will :

- Grow our number of subscriptions with existing channels

- Test new traffic channels (Quora/Youtube/google...)

- Guide the day-to-day activities of the marketing team

- Create a plan on what we need to do to reach X20 as a company

- Optimize ad campaigns and set up targeting on Facebook, reddit, twitter

- Launch on Product Hunt every 2 weeks

- Manage our SEO

- Experiment with A/B tests in google optimize

Requirements:

- Proven success in running campaigns that deliver a high ROI

- Proven ability to manage budgets;

- You love NoCode tools and have worked with some of them: zapier/integromat/bubble/webflow etc.

- You need only KPI, and you can figure out your own tasks.

- You have hired and built marketing teams

- Your English is fluent

- You have worked in a product/SaaS/Service-based B2B company of 100+ people

- You have a track record of successful "scaling" a company. That means you've helped the company grow from "X" to, say, "50X" where you were in a leadership position
