Wellthy Therapeutics is a digital therapeutics company that uses artificial intelligence (AI) and patient-centric design to improve patient outcomes for all stakeholders in chronic disease care. It facilitates behaviour change and self-management for patients while helping physicians to enable continual care using technology and solve for the 8750+ hours that patients don- t have access to healthcare.

Job Profile: Manager - PR and Communication.

Qualification: Graduation/PG.

Roles and responsibilities:

Corporate Initiatives

- Conceptualise and execute PR and Media plan for all corporate initiatives

- Build brand advocacy

- Drive measurement and reporting mechanism

- Collaborate with marketing and Business Development to develop the marketing and promotion plans

- Senior leadership profiling and securing speaking engagements

- Promote overall business initiatives develop long- and short-term PR strategies for product campaigns

- Support internal communications efforts

- Brainstorm and develop big ideas and beneficial partnerships to generate media interest

Partner & New launch Announcements

- Collaborate on regular basis with partner Comms teams to drive relevant media announcements

Plan, execute and sustain visibility for all New Launches in respective markets and with new partners

Drive PR agency

- Develop annual communication plan aligned with organisations strategic plan

- Strategise and create go-to market plans for each quarter across active markets

- Design and develop content tool-kit based on brand pillars

- Pitch and coordinate media roll outs across markets

- Ensure the itineraries reflect the key brand pillars

Media Engagement

- Develop and maintain relationships with key media in healthcare / business / trade / mainlines across print, digital and broadcast media engage appropriate target media for coverage outcomes

Crisis Communications

- Nodal point for crisis escalation and issue management on behalf of the regional businesses, ensuring factual and timely information on the crisis, draftingstatements, getting approvals monitor the media space and engage with them

Awards

- Pursue top International awards and accolades and amplify the wins in relevant markets

On going PR activities

- Responding to and vetting incoming media requests on a daily basis.

- Working with respond to media queries with relevant information to generate stories,

analysing and re-presenting media reports, analysis of market trends including competitive scenario, generate positive media coverage and promote brand content in consumer and trade media, pitch editorial content with a focus on features, conceptualise and develop written materials, including press releases, briefing materials, pitch letters and other communications

Skills

- Experience managing PR, writing, SMM and digital media, creative vendors, negotiations, and managing contracts

- Content and story writing

- Strong understanding of the healthcare sector and respective media

- Strong understanding of media landscape across all media

- Ability map business prios to media landscape

- Data-driven business writing capabilities

- Ability to set metrics, track, deliver and optimize to measurable KPIs

- Strong understanding of digital media

- Ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders to drive internal and external communications

- Project management to ensure timely end to end project closure

- Ability to work with partners to align business needs and co-create announcements
