Our Digital Therapeutics Sales Representative will work with the Sales & Strategy team at Wellthy. You will have the opportunity to work with a vibrant and talented team made up of people from various backgrounds - entrepreneurs, designers, venture capitalists, physicians, chronic disease experts & consultants. Your primary responsibility will be to convince doctors to prescribe our novel range of digital therapeutics to their diabetes patients.

As a Digital Technology Sales Representative, you will be expected to-

- Build a list of target doctors in your designated area(s) of Mumbai that can be targeted with sales calls/emails/meetings

- Conduct in person sales meetings with doctors

- Build a pipeline of care centers (hospitals, nursing homes etc.), identify decision makers and qualify opportunities with the goal of converting meetings into sales

- Track activities, leads, and pending deals in our CRM software, participate in sales calls

- Follow through with communications and specific actions assigned through CRM to prospects

- Develop tactics for maximizing our presence in-market

- Contribute new ideas and share best practices with a rapidly scaling sales team

- Build long term relationships with customers

- Gather on-the-ground intelligence and provide insight to in-office sales and marketing associates to optimize product offerings and marketing collateral

- 80% time spent on field meeting doctors and making sales pitches

Qualifications& background :

Required : Bachelor's degree in any field required

Required : 2-3 years of doctor sales experience in Mumbai; preferably in the diabetes space

Preferred : Experience with healthcare technology sales

Preferred: Experience selling unique concepts/solutions to doctors

- Excellent telephone and in-person etiquette

- Target oriented with an excellent work ethic

- Independent and - jugaadu- (hustler), ability to think on your feet

- Experience with CRM software (preferable)
