Role & Responsibilities -
As a Customer Service Executive , you will be responsible for -
Customer Interaction : Interact with customers and prospects through various channels, such as phone, email, chat, or in-person, to provide information, resolve inquiries, and offer solutions.
Sales and Upselling : Identify opportunities to promote products or services and meet sales targets by cross-selling, upselling, and offering personalised recommendations to customers.
Problem Resolution : Address customer concerns, complaints, or issues promptly and effectively to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of the organisation's products or services to provide accurate information and meet customer needs.
Order Processing : Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and processing, ensuring a seamless purchase experience.
Customer Data Management : Maintain accurate customer records, update profiles, and document interactions within the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Customer Feedback : Collect, document, and communicate customer feedback to help improve products, services, and processes.
Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to provide valuable insights for sales and marketing strategies.
Sales Reporting : Generate reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and customer interactions to assess progress and results.
