Job Description :
- Should speak with the customers for payment.
- Should educate the new customers over the phone on how to make payments.
- Should be able to handle escalation calls of customers.
- Should be able to close maximum payments per day.
- Should be able to do (docs verification and courier onboarding) for Courier approval
Qualification & Skills :
Fresher/12th Pass/Graduate/Post Graduate/Experienced candidate with 1-3 years of experience in into tele calling or operations Process.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Should possess Excellent communication skills.
Languages Known : English, Hindi (Must), Marathi
Notice Period : Immediate -15 Days or less, immediate joiners are preferred.
