Leadership position that requires a strategic and result oriented person. Should have the ability to manage multiple projects catering to different locations and client types in the city. Should have the inclination and enthusiasm towards working to create a recognized and differentiated brand in the real estate segment.

Job Description:

- Responsible for Sales and Business Development of all Real Estate Projects of the Group.

- Plan & Conceptualize Sales strategies at the Group as well as the Project level.

- Working towards ensuring revenue inflow at the Project level through management of sale velocity and sale value

- Having a strong hold on the competitor trends in the market to create long term and short term goals

- Developing and managing the sales team and the sales process in its entirety right from sales strategy, pre-launch, pre-sales, sales, to CRM and unit handover.

- Closing deals with clients and ensuring after sales services are carried off properly.

- Managing Channel partners across the market to ensure positive brand and project awareness

- Redressing clients grievances and complaints.

- Work closely with marketing team in designing the various campaigns / activities and provide required support.

- Awareness of government policies processes & transaction procedures.

- Regularly report achievements versus budget forecasts to the Senior Management Team
