Wedevelopment - Associate - Sales (2-5 yrs)
The Candidate will be part of the Sales Team engaging in the sale of units from projects of The Goyal Group and Wedevelopment.
- Being a part of executing the entire Sales cycle, right from generating leads, managing brokers, engaging customers, sales of flats/ commercial units, managing after sales processes of loans and collections.
- Understanding the project USPs and the inventory to sell, such that they can engage into customer conversations and convert them into a sale.
- Coordinating with the Marketing team for different customer engagement and branding activities wherever required as a part of the project.
- Managing customer and broker data, sales documents, generating reports and MIS
The Candidate may have to work from HO or from the Project Site.
Candidate Profile :
- Experience in sales of real estate preferred
- Fluency in English & Hindi required
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to make presentations, address medium sized groups, hold consultative discussions
- Ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders and build collaborative solutions
- Strong orientation towards providing excellent customer service
- Ability to connect with customers of different age groups and communities
- Willing to work weekends, and holidays
