- Delivering on time client requirements including budgets, timelines and objectives

- Linking digital strategies to client's overall brand & business goals

- Measuring & reporting to clients at periodic intervals

- Communicating courteously with clients by telephone, email, letter and face to face Investigating and solving client problems

- Developing innovative & efficient marketing programs

- Developing strategic content plans with content writers

- Providing strategic direction to creative team

- Handling client complaints or any major incidents

- Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with clients

- Analyzing statistics or other data to determine the level of client service our organization is providing

- Improve client service quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes Establishing and communicating service metrics; monitoring and analyzing results

- Implementing changes Measuring & reporting to clients at periodic intervals

- Reviewing posts and images before they go online

- Developing feedback or complaints procedures for clients to use;

- Developing client service procedures, policies and standards for your organization or department Meeting with other managers to discuss possible improvements to client service

Required Candidate profile : 

- Great communication, presentation skills and client servicing skills

- Experience in dealing with digital media publishers

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Pro active and a self starter

- Strategic thinker with hand on experience
