Business Development Executive
Business Development Executive will be responsible for achieving the defined sales target, building new opportunity for increasing the Company revenue and bringing the new projects for the same.
- Handling business development for the projects as IT Services, SEO/SMO/PPC, Web and software Services, Website designing, PHP Development, CMS, E-commerce/Magento, Iphone and Android mobile application etc. to International clients.
- Creating Sales pipeline and cold calling, market research for building new customer base.
- Business development, interaction with clients, gathering and understanding their project requirement, carrying out the brainstorming session, drafting the proposal, proposing the suitable solution and making the presentation, negotiation with client and close the sales as Web Development and Mobile Apps Projects.
- Develop and maintain long term relationship with clients.
- Coordination with designing, development team and other departments to execute the project as per the client's best requirement.
- Regular communication with management team to build and implement a successful model of Business Development.
- Meeting the defined sales target.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through innovative approach as LinkedIn, reference, Webinar etc.
DESIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS :
- Excellent communication (both written & Verbal) and convincing skills
- Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
- Stakeholder management skills
- One should be self driven, highly motivated and confident.
- Good Collaboration skills, abreast with market trends
- Excellent presentation skills
- Must have knowledge of preparing sales proposals, presentations.
- Ability to do handle ambiguity and work pressure
- Ability to think out of the box and be tomorrow- ready in terms of changing market condition
- Experience on cold calling, Social Media interaction, Freelancer Sites, and Networking, Email Campaign or other means, shall be an added advantage.
Salary Offered : 2-3 LPA
