Job Description :


Essential Functions and Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their main point of contact and trusted advisor.

- Identify opportunities to increase revenue from existing customers through upselling and crossing WebEngage products and services.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by understanding client goals, providing solutions, and addressing any issues or concerns.

- Develop an in-depth understanding of WebEngage's products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.

- Analyze client data and usage patterns to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

- Educate clients on best practices and new features to maximize the value they receive from WebEngage.

- Prepare regular reports and updates for clients on their account performance and the impact of WebEngage solutions.

- Work closely with the sales and product teams to align customer needs with product development and sales strategies.

Ideal Candidate :

- Upto 3 years of experience in the Adtech and Martech space managing key accounts

- Prior experience in the B2B sector is a requirement, while familiarity with SaaS is considered advantageous.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Marketing or Business).

- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing revenue from existing customers.

- Strong understanding of customer engagement, retention, and marketing automation.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Data-driven with the ability to analyze and interpret client data.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
