Must have 1 yr of Tele caller/ Customer care experience
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. To Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product.
2. To Answer questions about products or the company.
3. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
4. Enter and update customer information in the database.
5. Maintaining proper records of calls, site visits, and meetings.
6. To update software and sheets regarding follows ups, meetings, and site visits on a daily basis.
7. Go the extra mile to meet the sales target and facilitate future sales.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Candidate must have good communication skills.
2. Can Join Immediately or within 10 days.
3. Any graduate with expert convincing skills.
4. Female candidates only.
