Job Brief :

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager - IT- to help us meet our B2B client acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management.

Responsibilities and Duties :

1. Will be responsible for developing new channel partners in International markets B2B.

2. Will be responsible for building-up channels or partnering with potential.

3. Will be responsible to achieve defined targets & can Design sales promotional activities for channel partners. Identify, recruit and on - board new channel partners within assigned territory.

4. Explore new partners / Channels to sale our service and generate International CRM / ERP / API integration - NETSUITS - B2B leads with pre-sales strategies.

5. Manage IT campaigns through multiple channels to attract & acquire e-commerce services from international clients.

6. Preparing high quality drafts and tenders for potential new customers.

7. Undertake direct marketing from mailings, telesales to the web.

8. Develop value propositions and branding for new service offerings and be able to create and can Organize the production of all marketing material, presentations and case studies for existing and new services.

9. Handle lead nurturing through online marketing campaigns and lead nurturing process of MIS, Management & developing of Marketing plans and strategies

Candidate Profile :

1. Should MBA/ BE/B.Tech from reputed institute or university with 4-8 years of experience in B2B Sales generation. - International-

2. Should be Self-starter, individual contributor who have proven experience in developing new Channel sales or partnership with potential clients to sale CRM / ERP / API integration - NETSUITS - software's services.

3. Excellent communication skills & IT analytical sales skills with Pre-sales experience, knowing online bidding would be added advantage.

4. Smart professional, who is a self-learner with ability to adapt to changing business needs
