WebArt Technology - Executive - Customer Care (0-1 yrs)
Roles And Responsibilities :
- Should attend inbound/outbound calls/contact new client and provide appropriate information about our service.
- Promoting our service to international clients.
- Develop strong customer relationships with Current and Potential Clients.
- Understand the needs of the prospects and guide accordingly.
- Answer the questions and concern of new and existing clients.
Eligibility criteria :
- H.s/Graduate/post graduate can apply.
- Both Fresher's and experienced candidate can apply.
- Candidate having fluent and Excellent English communication skill will be eligible (Both verbal and written).
- Should be flexible in working night shift.
- Should be flexible with work from office.
