- So on the initial stage of the candidates, we will assist them and check them on their abilities and skills we don't believe to take lengthy and hard interviews of candidates. Every candidate has its own potential and ability to work and we respect it.

- We Lined-up candidates on this project for at least 6 months on a contract basis and you need to show your skill and ability to bring at least 6 potential business partnerships for us. On crack of every partnership,candidates will get a 15% cut amount of partnership deal which will be increased after 6th month with permanent employment with us.

- As we respect our BDM's (Business development Manager)'s who stay with us on the initial level and work hard for us we want them to grow with us at every stage.

- So after getting promoted on 6th month we will give some part of our business stake share to our BDM's (Business development Manager)'s as well depends on their growth of the initial 6 months. So to get something fruitful from us we want your skill, time and hard work.

If Candidates join us as a part-timer BDM (Business development Manager) your time lap would be at least for 8 months and 8 business partnerships candidate needs to give us.
