Job Descrition : Wealth sales advisors and managers

We are a wealth-tech platform that is disrupting the traditional wealth management industry with a combination of customer-first philosophy, design thinking, and technology. Our customers include top CEOs to white-collar mass affluent professionals. We have some of the best asset classes in the country with a combination of equity, debt, international, and alternative assets.

We are looking to build a team of superb wealth sales advisors and managers asap as we enter 2019. Anyone joining this team will have an amazing opportunity to be part of something huge and have an opportunity to have a huge career and personal financial success. Everyone in the teamgets ESOPS - in Satyen's (Founder) last company (Citrus pay) 15 people got more than a crore whenit was sold, and the office boy earned 50 lakhs!

Ideal candidate should have :

- Experience in managing a large portfolio of Customers & Assets

- Experience in the acquisition of new customers base

- Deep experience in selling to customers on a variety of wealth products

- An ability to think - customer first

- Responsible for meeting sales targets

- A hunger to personally succeed in a bigger way than possible in a regular job

Look for profiles with :

- Experience in Wealth management & HNI Relationship management directly handling a large book size

- Look for profiles from leading Wealth management or HNI Portfolio management firms (you can also look at candidates from Securities background)

- Should have a passion for managing relationships and hunger to make it BIG

- Comfortable with Technology
