Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager with a background in the financial industry to join our team. This role is integral to fostering strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and driving sales in mutual funds and insurance products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct comprehensive client consultations to assess and meet needs related to mutual funds and insurance.

- Actively network and build connections with individual clients and key decision-makers.

- Develop and sustain robust client relationships, ensuring high levels of retention and satisfaction.

- Acquire a thorough understanding of our product offerings and the broader market to effectively tailor solutions.

- Meet or exceed sales targets through effective client management and sales strategies.

Candidate Profile :

- 3+ years of experience in financial services, specifically in sales and client management roles.

- Proven networking abilities and a strong focus on customer-oriented management.

- Capacity to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills.

- Commitment to a 6-day work week schedule.

- Highly self-motivated, team-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
