This profile leads a set of client accounts ensuring that they are growing as per latest trends in digital MarTech space. They take responsibility for the delivery of quality work that meets the client's needs. As the account team plays a role of consultant to internal & external clients.

- Serving one point of contact for assigned clients.

- Communicating with client to understand their requirement.

- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure client's need & fulfilment.

- Manage the delivery of services for assigned accounts.

- Day to day interaction with clients regarding their business requirements & queries.

- Meeting / calls with client for their expansion needs & operational planning.

- taking care of top escalations, ensure revert on every email of a client on time.

- having a good understanding of issues faced by the client and their solutions.

- coordinating and communicating various reports to the client as and when required.

- Create digital strategy from the initial stages through to final delivery.

- Continuously assessing working methods and processes and making recommendations for improvement.

- Identifying and implementing client's KPIs and project milestones.

- Forming strong relationships with the client and developing communication channels between the relevant parties.

- Regularly updating key stakeholders on account status.

- Overseeing the projects/accounts, notifying stakeholders of key cost implications, changes to budget, spending and cost changes.

Required Skill Set

- Strong background in digital project management.

- Rich experience in working on social media and Google from initial briefing to delivery.

- Well verse with Facebook, Instagram, twitter, LinkedIn and other social media & e-commerce platform.

- Should have good understanding about website functioning. Expected to be tech-savvy.

- Evidence of working with Agile project management methodologies

- Multi-tasker with ability to juggle many projects.

- Agency experience with strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Passion for digital Marketing, Technology, business manager, Digital transformation

- Creative flair and innovative approach
