We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive who has a great Sales knowledge and ability to grasp technological terminologies for WaveMaker, a privately held software platform company headquartered out of Plano, Texas. Its open standards Java-based low-code platform is designed for professional software teams. WaveMaker has SaaS, on-prem and white labeled offerings for large enterprises and ISVs to build modern, API-driven, scalable and secure software applications and platforms. What you- ll do: 

- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails

- Understand customer needs and requirements

- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Sales Executive for further development and closure

- Close Lead cycle by regular follow-ups and update on CRM about day-to-day activity of leads and productivity

- Research accounts, identify key players/decision makers and generate interest about HyScale

- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory

- Team with Product Marketing team and analyse potential campaigning patterns

- Participating and co-ordinating in setting up meetings at events/conferences/exhibitions

- Brainstorm and present ideas to effectively reach out to target audience and generate Sales Qualified Leads

What you- ll need : 

- Educational Qualification with B.E or MBA

- 2-6 years proven inside sales experience, should be able to do lead generation across US, UK, Europe and APAC.

- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills along with strong listening and presentation skills

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

- Persuasive and goal-oriented, Self-motivated and self-directed

- Possesses an energetic and friendly demeanor being a great team player

- Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories

- Previously worked in start-ups for a global product team for the US/APAC market is a bonus
