Job Description :

1. Outbound calls for leads received on website or platform (US Customers)

2. Make Cold Calls to leads in pipedrive and lists and names provided by the VP of Sales

3. Schedule DEMOs using pipedrive & Google Meets

4. Inbound call answering (understand requirements and then pass it to respective teams)

5. Use the platform to check project status or guide on quick steps to ease problems/ queries

6. Check all chats received on Zoho as queries

7. Check all communications on the platform and highlight the respective team

8. Check chats on Wattmonk platform and acknowledge the same, pass on to respective team leads

9. Should be open for night shifts

Qualifications :

1. You have an English accent

2. You are a confident motivated ambitious person looking for a challenging and equally rewarding career

3. You are ready to absorb information, learn, and execute

4. You have excellent communication skills

5. You are a quick learner
