Duties and Responsibilities :
- The Candidate Should Be Able to Take Up Client Calls and Respond to the Client Queries
- The Candidate Should Be Able to Monitor, Track and Understand the Customer Problem and Give Them Appropriate solutions.
- Answer calls in a professional manner from potential customers.
- Generate leads and Influence the customer for purchasing membership
